Privacy Policy
How FutureVitals handles the information you share with us through this site.
Last updated August 19, 2026. FutureVitals is a student-led, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 39-4441714. This policy describes what happens to information you share through futurevitals.org.
What information we collect
This site has no user accounts and no server-side database of its own. Every form on the site, the newsletter signup, the Start a Chapter, Volunteer, Write For Us, Partner With Us, and Pitch an Interview forms, the camp registration form, and the competition interest and registration forms, is a Google Form. When you submit one, your responses go directly to Google and are shared with FutureVitals through Google's platform; they are not stored on this website.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run any analytics or advertising tracking script. The only third-party requests a page makes are: Google Fonts, for the typefaces; the interactive chapter map on the home and Chapters pages, which loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap through the Leaflet library; and, on pages with an embedded form, Google's own form iframe. Google and OpenStreetMap may set their own cookies when those requests load, governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Donations
The online donation portal is currently in final testing and is not yet live; until it is, donors are asked to email us directly. Once a payment processor is selected, this section will describe how it collects and handles your payment information.
Programs involving students
Some FutureVitals programs, workshops, chapters, and the summer camp, are aimed at middle and high school students. Any additional information collected for a specific program, a camp registration or a chapter's own sign-up, for example, is collected only through that program's own Google Form and used to run that program. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review or request removal of information submitted on a student's behalf.

This site links to our social media accounts, partner and chapter organizations, and the Google Forms above. Those sites are operated by other parties and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
