About this site
This site is an informational resource about FutureVitals: our programs, chapters, research, and how to get involved. It has no user accounts and no e-commerce checkout; forms and the future donation portal are operated by third parties, described below.
Acceptable use
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent yourself when submitting a form on our behalf.
Program participation
Registering for a workshop, the summer camp, a competition, or a chapter happens through that program's own Google Form, not through this website directly. Some programs require an additional waiver or consent form specific to that program. Reading about a program on this site does not by itself enroll you in it.
Donations
The online donation portal described on our Donate page is currently in final testing. Once it is live, donation transactions will be processed by a third-party payment processor under that processor's own terms, separate from these.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, and logo on this site belong to FutureVitals or are used with the owner's permission. You may share or link to this site; reproducing our content elsewhere requires our permission first.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds services we do not operate: Google Forms, an interactive map built on Leaflet and OpenStreetMap, and our social media accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FutureVitals is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
